Now I just need to find a way of running a butchered laptop LCD off a

PCI/AGP graphics card

I believe there's no issue with screen burn with LCD's because of the way
that each pixel is individually driven, and the fact that there is no
electron beam hitting a phospher screen thereby causing it to glow?

it's the phospher that "burns" as I understand it?
