No worries Pedro .... it's just that many of us have been down these routes
already and have been frustrated by the fact that it simply doesn't work. I
guess it's too easy to be dismissive of an idea in a quick email instead of
actually explaining *WHY* something won't work.

I have successfully used the ePod as a rolling picture viewer by the way by
using a CF card to store pictures which I'd pre-sized to 640x480 (so that
the shrinking was done as well as possible) with Photoshop and using a
Picture Viewer which I'd downloaded from somewhere. There have been
questions laid though about the sensibility of such practices given that
someone had their ePod die after it had been permenently on for some
considerable time and discussions were entered into over whether the
voltage
regulators for the display had simply burned out and if so was it a faulty
regulator or was it an inherent fault in the design. This was never
satisfactorily resolved....
