While I agree that the CV ideally should be well presented and correct in
every way but discarding someone's application because of minor language
mistakes is rather harsh and, if I may say so, arrogant. I have worked
with many talented programmers and analysts in my 20+ years in IT
(starting with ICL 2904 if anyone knows what it is) and not all of them
are brilliant in English. I personally know how tough it is to get the
English part right. Thank God for spelling checkers and my wife to
constantly correct my mistakes.
