Hello Chris

I originally bought ten boxes of CAT5 from CPC when it was on
special offer, thinking that would be more than enough.
I used Mark's 2.5km installation as a rough yardstick and
thought that I might go a little over that but not by much.

However when it came to running the cable in it just seemed to
get eaten up. I'll have to do a count up of cable ends when
I've finished so that I can come up with an average run length.

I hope that it's not just a big Faraday cage as I've also got
a couple of wire radio aerials wired inside the shell!

Cheers

Tracey
