Expensive though..

Check out buying a 6.5" TFT display and a single board computer and
run
Windows CE on it. For less that what this costs you can have the complete
thing with touchscreen etc.

I just picked up a 10.4" TFT display and touchscreen on eBay for $130.
Will
be hooking this up to my single board computer and running Windows CE on
it.
With the ethernet port you can debug programmes at lightning speed and
still
use the port for internet etc.

Agreed ... with a small screen it would make a great GPS system too as
someone has already said.
