RE: DVD Ripping

Hi Jon

When you first start Flask - it tells you the length of the movie in
minutes. Did this seem a realistic time or was it something like 23
minutes? Also the "job" size in flask should be around 5Gig
(depending on
movie length) was it this big or just under 1Gig?

When you were in the "output pad" bit of flask did you put any
markers in to
tell flask where to start or stop recording from/to??

Did you tell flask to stop ripping after a certain avi file size?

Apart from these obvious Flask queries - did you actually rip all the vobs
that were part of the movie (in smartripper I mean)?? It is worth checking
these things as they may seem common sense but one small mistake and it all
goes pear shaped.

Hi All

Just been following Pedro's instructions on how to rip DVDs & it all
went
fine apart from one thing - only the 1st .vob seems to have been converted
to an .avi by flaskmpeg.

I couldn't find an option to do the whole shabang in one!! Guess I'm
missing
something pretty obvious:)

Please help

Cheers
