Chipboard Floors:

Looking at my floor construction upstairs it looks like large pieces of
chipboard that are tongued and grooved together.  Also, it looks like they
probably run under the walls too.

I am very unsure of whether I can just cut sections of the tongue and
grooving away to effectively lift a board, and then put it back down safely
again.  Anyone got any solutions or solved similar problems?
