Put

<meta http-equiv="REFRESH" content="60;
URL=whatever.html">

(obviously replace whatever.html with the page to jump to...) at the TOP
of your html page (between the <head>  and </head>

The 60 is the 'pause' in seconds.. Depending upon the amount of
information on the page, and hence the the speed you expect people
to connect to the site at you may want to decrease it from 60 to say about
10
