Halloween Sound with Comfort - need more help

OK I have my halloween sound effect added as reminder message 1. I have
created a new response (246) which has action 133,1,0 (play reminder 1
through all keypads) and I have assigned that to zone 6 which is set up as
zone type 21 - Door bell. I have modified zone type 21 so that it has 00 -
Null as it's activated alarm type. However when I press the doorbell,
although I do get reminder 1 played, I also still get the door chime and
the
phones ringing. I don't understand how these are being triggered, can
anyone
give me some more advice.
