ISTR a site called http://www.ispreview.co.uk/ that may be of some
interest.

Haven't read it in a while. BTInternet haven't moaned at my service
usage yet, so I haven't had the need to change. Surprising this in
some ways, since I am now DACS-ed at my new place and have
thus gone from solid 48k connections to lovely 26.4k connections -
thus my online time has increased.
