If you use Windows Dial-up-Networking, there is an option on the properties
of the connectoid to "Record a log file" - this does indeed keep
a log of
all connection activity. I turned this option on on my anytime connectoid
back in February...

I have also been keeping a written diary in a notepad by my main
workstation...
