I have two plunge routers, one being a top of the range DeWalt mounted in a
table, and several cutters. Yesterday I made 4 doorway 'plinths' (or what
ever you call the things that go at the base of a doorway between the two
floors) from scratch with rebated edges to receive the flooring and the top
corners rounded off. It took me about three hours including
staining/varnishing. I am so glad that I got my workshop almost fully
equiped before I ran out of contracts (the only piece of kit I could really
do with is a combination mitre saw).
