However both Mark and Paul can document that they are unable to get onto
the
internet "whenever" they want and "as often as" they
like...
....I can't say that I'm a Watchdog fan myself but effectively pushing
clients into a corner by giving them a "crap service" dialup
number where
they have to leave (possibly breaking the terms of their agreement with
BTI)
rather than BTI simply saying "sorry, we are terminating your
agreement with
us" stinks!
