As one who was born on Halloween you really shouldn't be messing with matters of a dark nature. 
 
But I never even mentioned Linux ;-) 
 
If you have the UCM hooked up to a pc then with VB or perhaps ACE you could play .wav's possible if you have the newer UCM with sound you could play direct to the keypads. 
 
Unfortunately I don't have the newer UCM, nor do I have any VB skills, but I do have ACE. I would really like to get the sound playing through the keypads but I guess this is only possible with the newer UCM. 
 
Be careful. 
 
My daughter will be exposed to all the sounds and effects before the party, so she won't have nightmares, the invites did say "come if you dare" so the other children/adults attend at their own risk ;-)
