Thanks to all for info on the mouse problem.

Should have looked at the instructions, my AdderView switcher also supports
mixed mice connections, now all I have to do is make an adapter.

I really should check out the instructions on things better, but then I was
exited (sad I know). When I came to install the switcher I spent about an
hour trying to find the power supply (it has a hole on the back of the unit
for one) checked in the instructions to find it is normally powered from
the
PCs, you only need it if switching VGA signals on their own.

Better get back to sound proofing the cupboard.
