IRDA - Was Pronto and NTL box

Nothing I know of yet. The repeater system I am building will be able to
convert between 38 and 56KHz but I have not been able to make any progress
with the IRDA stuff yet.

To make it a converter box is another thing again. You would need to make
the processor a learning one so it could learn the pronto code and the IRDA
code and associate them together. I can do the programming and construction
but simply don't have the knowledge to design the circuit for the IRDA bit.
If anyone can help there then please contact me. The problem really is the
decoding of the inbound IRDA system and a 1.5MHz signal generator for the
outbound signal.

I know there are a couple of others out there who would like to see IRDA
see
the light of day so come on, lets band together and get this under way.....

Thanks

Ian
