They used to have firmware differences but they are now essentially the
same unit but with different plug type or plug on a lead. The TW7223 was
the old model number (230V version of the US TW523). They are now called
XM10 with the E denoting Euro plug type (on a lead) and U denoting UK plug
type (without lead but with a socket).
