Guys,

Just browsing around and discovered that MSN messenger can be automated via
COM APIs (through VB, VC++, etc).

This could then be integrated into homeseer for example, to announce
(speak)
a message when someone messages you, or perform some other action... maybe
have to think through some of the uses here, but this has interesting
possibilities...
