Although I understand what a mouse touchpad is, I can't figure out what you
mean by "the display" and how will this make it more useful??  I
assume you
have a reason for doing this as apposed to just doing it because you can
;-)

Although it is not quite the same, I just bought (haven't got it yet) a
mouse touchpad (as in the ones you find on laptops) which measures about
4x4
inch. It will hook up to the serial/ps/2/usb port of a laptop which is
going
to be refitted into a new casing so the display faces the outside.
