What options do we have for small touchscreen LCD's ?

What I'd like to do is have a touchscreen LCD - 4" ? - that has a
video
out, that I can strap on to the wall. VGA would be OK - so would a
composite (using a TV out card). Then I can just display a browser, full
screen, set to control the HomeSeer browser for all my needs.

I know we can get those cheap LCD's for playstations - but with no
touchscreen (read local control) then I'm not sure they'd really be any
good.

Thoughts ?
