I have used a pair of cheap car speakers from Halfords in my bathroom
ceiling. (not the very cheapest, they were about £30 the pair).

Work just fine, given that audio quality in the bathroom is hardly required
to be top-notch now is it? - I only spend a half-hour or so in there at the
most, and most of the time they're either playing MP3's off the jukebox, or
more typically, in the morning the Audio from the TV so I can carry on
listening to Breakfast news whilst performing my "ablutions"
