Ah ... Paul had been saying about using his powered and tethered which is how I will probably use mine...

But I don't think there is anyway to keep the pod on constantly when on battery power?  Maybe there is a reg hack to increase the time-out for switching off?

So what you're looking for then is an ePods screen saver?
That way the screen saver would disappear when you tap the screen and the TS session would remain live...
