As it turned out, I have a lot of water related things... um water sensing
etc... in my links collection so in the detection of water leaks/gathering,
what do you want to happen and/or interact with. E.g. Do you want to turn
off the mains water supply in response and do you want to use X10 or some
other transmission protocol? I probably have an appropriate link but just
wanted to confirm before sending you something unsuitable.

You have actually got me thinking about this again now so I plan on sensing
water leaks and cutting off at the mains. I found a US water cut off device
that I am getting more info on which is more suited to the limited space I
have on the rising main than the devices I have seen over here. Need to
check on the tech specs first though.

BTW, anyone know the "average" mains pressure here?

Mark.
