You might be better off getting the 310 MHz one since the remotes are
soooo much cheaper on ebay then they are locally.

I lucked out with the one I bought locally some time ago and it was the
older 310Mhz one, but the ones from eon3 etc now I believe are all
433Mhz like europe.

have a receiver board listed in remote
controls so that might allow you to change the reciever board out to
433Mhz in it.
