Where can I get those desktop grommet thingies from?

Hi,

Having constructed some worksurfaces in my study to hold monitors,
VDU's and such like, I need to cut some holes into the desktop to
feed the wires down to the equipment beneath.  Naturally, I'd like
to finish this off neatly so I want to put some of those grommet
thingies into the cut holes.  I've seen them on most modern office
desks but does anyone know where I can get some to fit DIY?
