Yup - or other 12v supply (eg. alarm panel auxillary output)

The relay itself may be rated 240v 10A, but will the PCB handle that load?
Also, I'd be very wary of mains voltage on a PCB - you'd have to
enclose/mount it properly 'cos it'd sting like hell if you accidentally
touched it ;)
