It arrived promptly and worked well. A second I bought needed a slight bit
of rework on the magnetics to get the ethernet reliable though!

It's dead easy to program for, though as an assembler hacked Java took a
bit of mental reconfiguration. I'm using the 1-wire to control all the
stuff around the house using PointSix modules (www.pointsix.com) and it
works well.

Please keep me informed about your progress - what you're doing sounds
interesting as I was toying with using X10 for some far-flung stuff.
