You need to connect your Meteor to the exchange line side of the
PABX, in parallel with the PABX. You will not be able to get incoming
CID data from the extension side. This obviously means that you will
only be able to get CID data for one of the two incoming lines
(unless you add a second Meteor for the second line).

This should be easy to do - most Olycom's are supplied with flying
leads which simply plug in to the BT master sockets. Insert a
splitter into the master socket, and plug the meteor in the spare
hole.
