Will look through that.
 
I will also try to borrow a USB cradle to see if I can get a partership setup. Once that is done I should be able to change the port to Com1 or Com2

Oh joy.  This was supposed to be sorted after the last V1.69 fianso
I've just got my USB cradle and was considering upgrading over the weekend - Hmmmm.

I too have just put 2000 on my "Sync" PC.  My machine detects the iPAQ OK but will cause a crash in Outlook 2000 unless it's opened before I dock?
