In a word, no :-)

I wrote a script to gather the weather from the MET office, but it
obviously
stopped working when they changed their website. I used the reports that
infequently that I never bothered updating them. (I used to have the
weather
read out to me in the morning, it used to really anoy the missus)

As for TV, there is a UK dataset available through someone on this list I
beleive, with that it should be fairly simple to update the US scipts to UK
TV.
