Phil, forget the power to weight ratio. A Fireblade at full throttle would
scare you shitless if you weighed 300 pounds. I had a CBR600, its junior in
terms of power, and I used to scare myself regularly - especially when
driving to work on a rainy morning, and I used to rarely get the thing
passed 7,000 revs. (It red-lines at around 12 from memory). It will still
out accelerate a 911, even with two-up.

Listen to the ball and chain. Just use it as an excuse to buy something
else - how about that PCG-C1VE that we've been talking about?
