Has anybody had a look at this door access system ???

There is an example circuit board for a door access module, anybody
think they can build it ??
I'm looking for a simple system to do access control during the day in our
office, and would need a simple release on the inside using a momentary
switch as well as external access using an iButton, does this look like
a good way forward ???
