It was the bit about BT being half-ar&ed that reminded me about a site

stumbled across a couple of years ago. Some chap was having hell with BT
not implementing ISDN fully/correctly - something like if the Spanish and
Italians could do it, then why couldn't we? Of course, it goes without
saying that the Germans have true ISDN too (far more organised).
