Compact flash ... SM is good (I use both) but CF will always have a higher
capacity due to its physically larger size. If you can run to CF2 then
there's also the IBM microdrives (I have a 1Gb card in my camera.) Digital
Depot (www.digitaldepot.co.uk) are the cheapest place I've found yet for
either media and their service is good too.

Speed wise they are about the same.
