Mainly targeted an Dr John,

but I'm sick and tired of getting mail from Namezero. Now that they've
changed their TC's I don't want to use them, but my accoun has expired so
I can't get in to change anything (ie delete) ...

I'm quite happed to basically reject any mail from NameZero..... So the
question is:

I know I can use the spam blocker to refuse to accept SMTP from
blacklisted sites but can I effectively add my own. Messages are routed
through my isp (demon) so the mail isnt delivered directly... I've looked
everywhere in the manual, help Deerfield website but can't find
anything...

Any ideas
