If it is not a new house and you do not offer any warranty then no worries
it's not your problem after 30 days.
If it's a new house build then entirely different ball game.
As to the insurance issue, I have informed my insurer that this has been
done and there and so far no problems with the automation stuff.

Hello
All this talk about moving house when it has been automated, and what if a
LD10 went up in flames, I have a couple of questions ?
1. Has anyone had a module catch fire ?
2. To avoid having to rewire houses when we move, why don't you use the
modules that replace standard switches instead of the DIN ones ?
3. regarding the question of insurance, mine just says that electrical kit
should be fitted by a Competent and be to relevant standards. I take it
these devices meet all the standards etc. ?
