Seconded. - I currently use a Hayes accura with Homeseer phone, and the
caller ID detection is very unreliable. - it will very frequently just
"stop" reporting it, - just like as if an "AT#CID=0"
command had been
sent...

I Turn it back on by either restartinh HSP, or manually sending an
"AT#CID=1" to it, whereupon it will be OK again for a while,
(a"while" being
anything between 30 minutes & 2 days), before it just "stops"
again...

BAG OF SHITE!
