I
took
the plunge!
The
Manuals are missing but the remote is there. I have a Pronto which should
have
no problem with the Philips TV. they said that they will have to dig out
the
rear speakers for me. Not much of a problem either as I run a Dolby Digital
amp
anyway. There is a mark on the front left of the unit but not so much as to
worry me. The wife might complain but when I tell her I got it £250 cheaper
then
she might not notice the mark anyway. 1 year in home warranty so it is not
that
bad a deal!

Michael,
Depends if you have a Pronto, can find a CCF
for
the TV and have an inquisitive mind. Manager specials at Currys tend
to
mean sold as seen, remote and instructions missing. A missing remote
would certainly me off buying one.
You could always watch the match down the
pub!

guarantee in your home. Coverplan
stuff is £109 for 3 years. I'm not too
fussed if it is scuffed because I
would probably do that myself :-) I
haven't had a look at it yet but may
take a run up at lunchtime.
