This seems to be a week for whinges but I've just got off the phone with
BT...

...I've been trying to chase up for some form of compensation for my Home
Highway service which since its installation on 30th March has had faults
permanently logged against it.

Well ... it seems that because at no point (except for one evening) were
*ALL THREE* lines (2 analogue and 1 digital) down simultaneously and that's
what needs to happen for BT to consider any form of compensation.

I still have an outstanding fault logged on my line ... it's been there
since last week. Apparently BT tried to visit me today to fix the fault,
they left a card but didn't bother telling us ahead of time that they were
coming!

Want to know the real pearler though?

I asked for the number for BTs Complaints Department and was told that they
don't have a phone number! *sigh*

Why did we ever drag ourselves out of the sea? Life was easy then!

Phil
