Has anybody had any dealings with this company. I was impressed with
their Touch N Glo switches at the Ideal Home Exhibition and decided
to order a Double Unit to try out.
It's now been four weeks, after phoning up repeatedly and being told
that they were getting deliveries and it would be delivered soon, I
was eventually told that they had got deliveries but they had all
been shipped to customers but I would be top of the list for the next
batch. As nothing has arrived, I've been trying to call them again.
Their freephone number just hung up when answered and is now going to
an answering machine. Their main number seems to be going to a
completely different company. I would like to support new HA
companies, but do you reckon I've lost my money on this one?
As an aside, there was talk about 2-way DIN lamp modules (LD12 I
think) a while ago. Is there any more news on these?
