I'm not sure, I get exactly the same problem when using a web site which displays the clients ip address, I tried lots of free tools and finally settled on TZO as my dynamic DNS tool and it works perfectly, even through my hardware router and Zone Alarm Pro as well!  Its only free for 30 days and then I registered it.  Figured $25 per year wasn't exactly a fortune compared to the fees for ADSL/cable modem service itself!

Excellent...thanks Alex.

Now - I have signed up to one of those free dynamic DNS services that I used to use at home.  However, it is reporting an IP address of 62.7.x.x  where as if I run IPCONFIG on my PC it shows my PPP adaptor has address of 213.123.x.x

Is this the BT ADSL problem?  Which one is correct?

Thanks

M.

Go to the programs option, and find VNC server for win32.  Then just click on the 'allow server' option on the 'Internet' row.

Hope that makes sense, if you are actually looking at the program then hopefully it will.

How do I setup ZoneALarm pro so that it still allows me to access my machine externally via VNC?

Thanks

M.
