Duracell Procell are the same as the normal Duracell batteries with one
difference.

ProCell are not sold to the public.

The idea behind it is to stop employee theft.

Everyone knows that batteries used in the workplace somehow magically
migrate into kids toys. If a company uses ordinary Duracell it is
impossible to trace where they were bought.

If an employee is caught with ProCell batteries there is a very strong
possibility that they were puchased by the employer.
