If anyone's in need of UHF modulators, Keene Electronics, www.keene.co.uk
have some on offer at the moment for the ridiculously low price of just £15
INC VAT.
They are not "quite" full range - adjustable from Channels 38-55,
but still
not as restricted as some that I've seen in the past.
Follow the "bargains" link from the Keene homepage to get to
them...
