OK .. I pulled some PDF file over from BT (I may still have it somewhere)
but it said that:

"BT Surf Together

For a monthly fee of £39.99, you get a £7 call allowance and a SurfTime
package that allows you to surf the Net all evening and weekend, without
having to worry about the call charges."
