You won't be sorry. If you do have the same problem as me I'll let you know
who to speak to @ Crucible Technologies but I think it's just mebeing
unlucky.

50% of the Caller ID's are not reported but my phone & CID box get them
all.

You want a copy of my Perl script? but you'll need to bug Rich to add a
couple of features I requested in HSP ( ability to update the calling
number from a script ) in return.
