I had one of these; you phone their help desk, give the model and make of
the offending item of kit, then they beep an download to the remote down
the
phone acoustic coupler style.
It works pretty well.

I've just got Digital, but my One-for-All remote doesn't have the codes,

won't even learn properly. I don't have the model details, but it's the

I understand that you can get firmware upgrades somehow - any one know how?
