I've used Maplin ones which whilst functional, aren't perhaps as
aesthetically pleasing as you desire.

Search for Neutrik/XLR under either RS or Maplin.  Keith suggested these to
me after I had fitted all of mine - they do various ways, and the
female/wall sockets are flush mountable.

Maplin part CW65V is a 4 way socket - can carry 2 channels (stereo), or
single bi-wired channel.

RS probably have a greater variety, including 'professional' types.
