Source of A/V connectors and a STP termination question

I want to get some A/V connectors for mounting on a wall to act as cable
outlets. Starting with speaker outlets, I would like something like the
binding posts seen here

but these seem to
be out of stock at my local maplins and on their site, I suspect they are
discontinued. Also they are a bit pricey and I am sure I should be able to
get hold of just the fittings for mounting myself. Whilst I'm at it I want
something similar for interconnects (line level) and probably also s-video,
composite video and scart. I am looking for good quality in all cases. I am
sure all this stuff should be available at the rswww site, but a search for
'speaker binding posts' brings back nothing and I can't see an obvious
section in their catalogue (online).

On a completely separate point, does anyone know how to wire up a shielded
CAT5e RJ45 socket, I know how to punch down the usual 8 coloured wires of
course, but don't quite see how to attach the shielding to (one or both)
the
additional black posts found on the shielded socket. I have received these
shielded sockets by mistake (at no extra xharge) and thought it might be
useful for terminating my shielded eight core alarm cable.
