I spent 2.5 years converting my Range-Rover into a comp-safari road going
racer, I loved it and sold it after around 9 years of ownership to a
off-road driving school about 8 years ago and I still miss it!

I cut 3 inches off the front of the chassis, 18 inches out of the middle
and
a further 18 inches off the back then got it professionally jigged and
welded with a full roll cage and spent the next 3 or so years driving all
year round no matter what the weather with no roof on it.

Oh to be young.
