As the Clipsal is modular you just terminate each RJ45 socket in your hand
before snapping it into the faceplate.  Doing this neatly is absolutely no
problem.

5 is possible with 2 core mains cable so the thin and relatively flexible
CAT5 is absolutely no problem.
